How to sign up.

Firstly, you have to choose either "I am an earner" or "I am an Advertiser" or "Both". After that enter your first name, followed by your last name. The next part is to select your country code which is +234 for Nigeria. Then next, enter your phone number excluding the first 0, after that input your email, then your username (include some numbers to your username) then input your desired password then input the exact same password into the next box (confirm password). After that, select your country. Then tick the two boxes and click on the "Sign up" button.

How to deposit.

To deposit on Earncrib, first login to your account, then on the homepage under "My Account" you will see three buttons, "Deposit", "Exchange", and "Withdraw", Click on the deposit button, the first button. It will take you to the deposit page. Then once you're on the deposit page, you will find "Payment method" and "Amount". Choose Bank transfer for the payment method and input the amount you want to deposit into the amount box. After doing this a drop-down will open to show you the bank details where you will send the money to and also where to input your details in order to make a deposit request. After the drop-down has opened, copy the account details and go and make your payment, after you've successfully transferred the money, go back to the deposit page where you copied the account details then fill in your bank information in the space provided, "Account number" and "Account name" then click on "I sent a payment" button to make your deposit request. After that wait patiently for your deposit to reflect. Note: Your deposit will not be approved if you didn't make a deposit request. You have successfully made your deposit. Just wait for it to be processed.

How to activate your account.

After signing up, you will need to activate your account with #100 to BASIC Membership in order to be eligible to earn through tasks. Here's how to activate your account:Deposit #100 to your wallet. (If you don't know how to deposit go and read the #2 FAQ), After your funds have reflected, click on upgrade to activate your account to BASIC. Note: You can deposit #1000 to upgrade directly to PREMIUM Membership and start enjoying exclusive treatment immediately.

How to find tasks.

There are two ways you can find tasks to do. One, on the official WhatsApp group, links to current taska are being dropped. Two, on the website, go to the "Earn" section to find tasks.

How to do tasks.

When you get to the tasks (job) details page, before you "click to do task", firstly scroll down to read the job details. After you've read and understand, go ahead and click to do task. On the next page you'll find the job details there and the required job proof. So click the job link and do the tasks given. After that get the required proof and submit it in the space provided on the tasks page. E.g, let's say you want to do a WhatsApp Group Join task, after clicking "click to do task" and you've gotten to the tasks details page, click on the WhatsApp group link, it will open your WhatsApp showing you the Whatsapp group, click on join group, after joining, click on view group, then screenshot the group page. The proof that will be required will be your Whatsapp number and a screenshot of the group you screenshot earlier. So you'll head over to the task page to submit your number in the proof box and upload the screenshot of the WhatsApp group. Then click on "Submit"

How to advertise/post tasks.

Note that you must have enough funds in your deposit balance. Each category of tasks has their different advertising cost. E.g. WhatsApp group cost #15 naira so if I want 20 workers to do my WhatsApp tasks I must have at least #300 (20x15=300) in my deposit balance. After that, click on "Advertise" on your homepage to open the advertise section. Below is the form and example on how to fill it. Required proof: Your WhatsApp number and screenshot of the WhatsApp group you joined. (Below this, you will tick the number of proof file required to be uploaded so that there will be space created for workers to upload it) Target workers: Leave it as it is. Task posting options: 1. Workers can complete tasks more than once. Choose if you want workers to be able to drop proof more than once. 2. Featured Task. Choose if you want your job to be displayed on every workers page and featured job list. How many workers should do this: Choose the number of workers you need. (Minimum of 10 workers) Calculate: This will calculate the cost of your tasks for you in case you don't know it. Confirm and post job: After you're done, click to post your job and wait for your job to be approved. Your tasks have been submitted successfully. Wait while it's being reviewed. Note: It's advisable that you go and check tasks that are similar to your task so that you can know how to construct your task details.

How to upgrade to premium.

Note: You have to have a sum of 1,000 on your deposit balance before you can upgrade to a premium membership. Deposit #1,000 to your deposit balance, after the fund has reflect click on upgrade to premium to upgrade your account

How to withdraw.

Note: Withdrawal is automatic for both BASIC and PREMIUM. You must have up to the minimum withdrawal before you can be able to withdraw. For basic members you must have a minimum of #600 on your earnings balance before you can be eligible to withdraw and if you are a premium member you must have a minimum of #200 in your account before you can withdraw. Click on withdraw. Enter payment method (Bank Transfer). Enter the amount to withdraw. Enter you bank details (It is advisable that you use local banks instead of online banks) Confirm withdrawal. Note: Withdrawal is processed in minutes. A BASIC member can only withdraw 3 times and after that will need to upgrade to PREMIUM before he/she can withdraw again.

How to exchange earnings balance to deposit balance.

On your account, click on Exchange under your earnings. On the next page, enter the amount you want to send to your Deposit balance. Next, click on Send Money.

How to send a bonus from user to user.

You can send funds from your Earncrib account to another Earncrib user using the Send Bonus feature. On your homepage, go to More. Scroll down and click on send bonus. Enter the amount you want to send. Enter the user ID of the user you want to send to. Add a note (Optional). Then Click on Send Money. Note: To get User ID, click on More - Edit Profile - view my profile: You'll find the user ID under Personal Details.

How to copy referral links.

Go to the "More" section. Scroll down to Refer and Earn and copy your referral link Note: You will also find your team report there.

How to review tasks.

Your posted tasks that have been completed by workers will be shown and ready for review at the bottom of your homepage, scroll down to the bottom just after the section where the tasks that you have completed yourself are being shown. Click on each submission to open worker's details and proofs. Review the proofs submitted. If you're satisfied with the task, mark it as satisfied and the worker will be paid. Note: The money for the task will not be deducted until you approve the submitted tasks, that's when the money for the task will be deducted and paid to the workers.

How to edit profile/change password.

Login to your account. Go to the "More" section. Scroll down to Edit Profile. You can complete your profile, add and edit to your information. You can edit your skills and add a description of yourself. You can update your password as well. After you're done, click on "Save changes" to save and update.

How to recover password & Username.

To recover your password, on the login page, click on "Forgot password", then on the next page, enter your Username and click on "Send password". Your new password will be sent to you through SMS and Email. Now after you've logged into your account, you can go to your profile to change the password.

How to find workers to hire.

Firstly, login to your account, then go to "More". Scroll down to "Find Workers". Filter the skills you need, filter the location you want. Then type in your keyword and click on Search.

How much can I earn from a referral?

Refer a user to activate their account to BASIC you'll earn #50 commission. Refer a user to upgrade to premium, you'll earn #500 commission.

How to review orders.

Login to your Earncrib account. After that go to the "More" section, scroll down to "My Order" click on it. It will open to a new page where you will find your running orders, finished orders and all time orders. You can review each tasks by clicking on them each
