All deposits made to Earncrib are considered final once successfully credited to the user’s account balance. Users are responsible for confirming payment details before making any transaction.

2. Non-Refundable Transactions

Funds that have been:

- Transferred,

- Spent on orders, subscriptions, promotions, or marketplace activities,

are non-refundable.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

Users are strictly prohibited from filing false chargebacks or payment disputes after successfully receiving and using funds or services on Earncrib.

If a user initiates a chargeback after receiving value from the platform:

- The user’s account may be suspended or permanently banned.

- Earncrib reserves the right to provide transaction records, logs, account activity, and proof of delivery to payment providers, banks, or law enforcement where necessary.

- Any outstanding balance or loss caused by the chargeback may be recovered from the user.

4. Failed Transactions

If a deposit is debited from a user’s bank account but not credited to the Earncrib wallet due to a verified technical issue, users may contact support with valid proof of payment. After verification, the transaction may be reversed or credited accordingly.

5. Withdrawal Issues

Withdrawals successfully processed by Earncrib to the bank account provided by the user are considered completed. Users must ensure their account details are correct before requesting withdrawals.

6. Fraud Prevention

Earncrib reserves the right to delay, review, reject, or reverse suspicious transactions linked to fraud, abuse, unauthorized payments, or policy violations.

7. Policy Updates

Earncrib may update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform means the user accepts the latest version of the policy.
